(1)A individual confers an offense if—
(a)for the reason for getting sexual satisfaction, he watches someone else completing a private demonstration, and
(b)he realizes that the other individual does not agree to being watched for his sexual satisfaction.
(2)A man submits an offense if—
(a)he works gear with the aim of empowering someone else to see, to obtain sexual delight, a third individual (B) completing a private demonstration, and
(b)he realizes that B does not agree to his working gear with that aim.
(3)A man submits an offense if—
(a)he records someone else (B) completing a private demonstration,
(b)he does as such with the expectation that he or a third individual will, to obtain sexual satisfaction, take a gander at a picture of B doing the demonstration, and
(c)he realizes that B does not agree to his chronicle the demonstration with that goal.
(4)A man confers an offense in the event that he introduces gear, or develops or adjusts a structure or part of a structure, with the aim of empowering himself or someone else to submit an offense under subsection (1).
(5)A man blameworthy of an offense under this area is obligated—
(a)on synopsis conviction, to detainment for a term not surpassing a half year or a fine not surpassing the statutory greatest or both;
(b)on conviction on arraignment, to detainment for a term not surpassing 2 years.]

(1)For the motivations behind area 67, a man is completing a private demonstration if the individual is in a place which, in the conditions, would sensibly be required to give security, and—
(a)the individual’s private parts, rear end or bosoms are uncovered or secured just with clothing,
(b)the individual is utilizing a restroom, or
(c)the individual is completing a sexual demonstration that isn’t of a kind usually done openly.

Sexual movement in an open latrine
(1)A individual confers an offense if—
(a)he is in a latrine to which general society or an area of the general population has or is allowed to approach, regardless of whether on installment or something else,
(b)he purposefully participates in a movement, and,
(c)the movement is sexual.
(2)For the motivations behind this area, a movement is sexual if a sensible individual would, in every one of the conditions yet paying little respect to any individual’s motivation, view it as sexual.
(3)A man blameworthy of an offense under this area is obligated on synopsis conviction, to detainment for a term not surpassing a half year or a fine not surpassing level 5 on the standard scale or both.
